Agreement

By accessing or using marketex.app and the tools on it (together, the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any paid work we do for you — strategy, campaigns, automation, content, or other services — is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. These terms cover use of the Site itself.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or its security;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or to other people's data;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms;
• use automated means to overload the Site, or to copy it at scale without our permission.

Information, tools and AI assistant

The content on the Site, and the results produced by our growth tools (such as the ROI calculator, marketing health check and AI readiness score), are for general information and illustration. They are estimates based on what you enter and on assumptions, not guarantees of any business result.

Our chat assistant and AI growth consultant are automated. Their replies may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, legal, financial or tax advice. Please check anything important with us or with a qualified adviser before acting on it.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, tools and the Marketex name and logo, belongs to Marketex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify or republish our content for other purposes without written permission.

Information you send us

When you submit information through the Site, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example Google services). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Marketex is established (Tehran, Iran), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
